Instructions
- Dough Preparation:
- In a large bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, sugar, salt, and yeast.
- In a separate bowl, combine eggs, milk, vanilla, and orange zest.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry, mixing until just combined.
- Knead in softened butter until the dough is smooth.
- Let the dough rise until doubled in size, about 1-2 hours.
- Shaping and Second Rise:
