  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • Finely grated lemon zest

  1. Dough Preparation:
    • In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, salt, yeast, and matcha powder.
    • Whisk eggs and milk together in a separate bowl.
    • Gradually combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients.
    • Knead in softened butter until the dough is smooth and elastic.
