Valentine's Heart Doughnut

Recipe: Valentine’s Heart Doughnut

This heart-shaped doughnut, adorned with fresh strawberries and a sprinkle of love, is more than just a sweet treat – it’s a symbol of my journey with meal prepping.

For years, I was a slave to the takeout menu. It was easy, convenient, and rarely healthy. But then, a wave of guilt and a desire for more control over my diet propelled me into the world of meal prepping.

At first, it felt like a chore. Standing in the kitchen for hours, chopping vegetables, and meticulously portioning out meals. But then something magical happened. I began to enjoy the process. The satisfaction of creating healthy, delicious meals from scratch was addictive.

This doughnut is a reminder of how far I’ve come. It represents the sweetness of success, the commitment to a healthier lifestyle, and the joy of creating something beautiful with my own hands.

Meal prepping has transformed my relationship with food. It’s no longer a chore, but a creative outlet. It’s about nourishing my body and mind, one delicious, homemade meal at a time.

And who knows, maybe I’ll even find a way to incorporate these delicious doughnuts into my meal prep routine.
